Porcelain Garlic
Porcelain garlics have beautiful, thick, parchment like wrappers that protect its large cloves. Most porcelain garlic is white, however, some may be found with purple striping. Most porcelain garlic have between 4 and 7 large cloves per bulb. Porcelains are typically strong tasting and can store well under the appropriate conditions (cool, dry room temperature).

German Extra Hardy

Also known as German White, German Extra Hardy has 4-6 large cloves with a strong, raw, garlic-y flavor and a high sugar content, making it one of the very best for roasting. Good keeper. Grown from certified organic planting stock.

This is our first year growing Georgia Crystal, so the entire harvest (except what we eat for testing purposes of course) will be put back into production. Georgia Crystal is a large bulb with approximately 5 big, fat cloves. It has a mild, flavorful profile. Georgia Crystal is also known to contain allicin, which is a chemical that can help lower your cholesterol and boosts your immune system. What a great added benefit! Stores well in a cool, dark place.
