Roasting Garlic
You asked for it, you got it...some instructions on roasting
garlic...

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Farenheit.

Cut the pointy ends of the garlic
off.

Place garlic on piece of foil or
clay garlic roaster.

Drizzle olive oil over garlic.

Wrap the garlic or put the top on
the clay garlic roaster.

Roast for 35-40 minutes or until
garlic is soft.
Another much requested item...we found some
great instructions on braiding garlic at
Bloomingfields Farm. You are supposed to use soft neck
varieties of garlic for braiding, although we have had
success with hardnecks as well...you just need to braid them
when they are fresh and pliable. NOTE: If you would
like to order garlic for braiding, you need to let us know
in the comments so we do not cut off the stem and leaves
before shipping.
